- Our pack of 15 tubes with dough around can generally fill the baking pan measuring about 16 inches (40cm) in length and 10 inches (20cm) without a waste of space.
- You may increase or decrease the number based on your own baking pan.

- Roll out an about 5-inch diameter circular piece of dough;

- Fry the dough with the tube still inside until golden to achieve that perfect shape;
- Cool it down and tubes will slide out from the cooked shells;
- Fill the hollow with any fillings you like.
How to make cream-filled Croissant or cream roll?
- Knead a piece of dough into an about 16-inch rope-like strip;
- Twine it around the cannoli tube for a few times;
- Put croissant tubes with dough into oven until golden;
- Cool it down and remove the croissant shell from the tube;
- Fill the hollow with cream.
